Wednesday Prayer Gathering 

A few people gather on Wednesdays to intentionally pray for the Church--the people, the ministries, and the issues before the larger Church as well.  People also bring their own prayer concerns and the prayers for their loved ones as well. 

Pray-ers gather in the lounge by the offices, and sit in a relaxed mode around lit candles.  There is also time for silence and personal meditation and reflection. A different facilitator guides the prayer each week, offering time to gather and share.  The gathering takes place at different times each week:

• First Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am
• Second Wednesday of the month at 12:00 noon
• Third Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm
• Fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm*
  *Right after worship about 7:45 pm during Advent and Lent

Prayer Chain

If you are interested in being a part of the prayer chain, contact the church office at (630) 325-2220. People participating in the prayer chain pray regularly, on their own time, for those in need of prayer.
